Based on the shortcoming of requirement inconstancy existing in document flow system design during the construction of e-government, this paper introduces how to incorporate the Class Inheritance、Composite Reuse Principle and Pipes and Filters Architecture Design Mode,and provides a flexible and reusable document flow design model.
