Methods: Image data of 15 base skull tumor cases were reconstructed and transferred into 3D mode through the surgical plan system based on virtual reality image,and the 3D solid virtual images of skulls,brain tissues and cerebral vessels were acquired,and their anatomic relationships with adjacent tissues were observed and measured from many points of view,and the multi-approach simula.
