For the salt-pepper noise which deduces in the gaining,processing,transmission of the visual text images,a new algorithm for removal of salt-pepper noises is proposed,which based on the characters stroke characteristic.

This method requires that we should primarily arrange Chinese newspaper according to its names words and strokes,and that we should ascertain its order with its assistant issuing code when we meet with special Chinese newspaper with the same quantity of words and strokes.
