肺血流阻力
血液通过肺血管系统时所受到的阻力。正常情况下肺循环的阻力大部分在肺小动脉和肺毛细血管，肺静脉系统阻力极小。肺血流阻力计算公式：阻力（R）＝肺循环驱动压为1.2kPa(9mmHg），血流量为5.4L／min，阻力为9／5.4＝0.21kPa (1.6mmHg）／L／min。肺循环阻力约为体循环阻力的1／10。肺循环阻力增大可见于：低氧血症、二尖瓣狭窄、肺动脉管腔栓塞、血管病变等。
