yaoru tiaojian咬人条件(bitting eondition)轧件前端与轧棍接触时，轧辊把轧件拉入辊缝进行轧制所必须具备的条件。当轧件与轧辊接触时，轧辊作用在轧件上一于布 轧件咬入时作用力图个正压力尸和摩擦力T(见图);按库仑摩擦定律，力p和力T与摩擦系数f有以下关系:粤一f或T一一”’z寸一J~胡、门、~2曰~”了、司、’PJ~‘fP。显然，尸和T的水平分量尸二和T二是直接影响轧件咬入的因素，因尸，是阻止轧件进入变形区的力，T二是将轧件拉入变形区的力。只有当T:>尸二时轧件才能被咬入，T二~尸二是临界条件，T二<尸二则不能咬入。所以从力学条件看，实现轧件咬入必须满足T二)尸二即尸sina镇Tcosa或T/P簇tan口。由于摩擦系数f一T/尸和f~tan夕，夕为摩擦角，故咬入条件的最终形式也可表示为少奋tana或夕)a。 (余望)
