性质:用塑料薄膜、塑料板材或塑料内管覆盖金属设备或管道的内表面称为塑料衬里。塑料衬里的设备主要用于介质对金属有腐蚀作用的场合。所用塑料的品种,视介质和使用条件而定。常用作衬里的塑料有:聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、氯化聚醚等。塑料可借热压法或粘接法衬在设备内表面上;也可做成塑料衬套,放在金属设备中。但一般塑料的使用温度不宜太高,导热性能不好,故塑料衬里设备一般不宜用于温度较高及需要传热的场合。
