性质:亦称热泵蒸发。其原理是借压缩机将二次蒸汽进行绝热压缩,以提高其饱和温度,并用来加热原来蒸发器的溶液,即作为生蒸汽使用,达到节能的目的。对于一些不宜在高温下操作的物料,多效蒸发不适用,而热压缩蒸发则可在低沸点下进行。在食品工业中,如牛奶和果汁的浓缩;还有海水淡化装置中,热压缩蒸发已得到广泛应用。
