补充资料:藻朊酸钠
    海藻酸钠系β无水右旋甘露蜜醛酸钠的聚合物。 海藻酸钠为白色或淡黄色粉末,几乎无臭无味。可燃。溶于水,不溶于乙醇、乙醚、氯仿等有机溶剂。溶于水成粘稠状液体,1%水溶液pH值为6-8。当pH=6-9时粘性稳定,加热至80 ℃以上时则粘性降低。海藻酸钠有吸湿性、亲水悬浮胶体的性质。它的水溶液与钙离子接触时形成海藻酸钙而凝胶,但加入草酸盐、氟化物、磷酸盐等可抑制凝固。无毒,LD50>5000mg/kg。
    海藻酸钠可单独用于配制胶粘剂,尤其适宜作为食品胶粘剂。也可在纺织印染行业中作上浆剂、整理剂。又可作悬浮剂、乳化剂、增稠剂等。
    贮存于阴凉、干燥的库房内,远离火种、热源,防水、防潮、防日光曝晒。
