性质:在化工流程中常常碰到这样的情况:由于物料经反应器并未完全反应转化,因此反应后需将未转化的原料分离出来,重新送回进料口,加入新鲜原料中再使用。这种将物料由流程下游反馈到流程上游的做法,称之为再循环。采用再循环处理的原因很多,如减少排水而将其再循环使用;又如为了回收热(冷)量将下游物料引回上游进行热交换等等。再循环使流程模拟计算的复杂性增加,需要进行断裂处理。
