《d lyo Pe}d一on shejl gu一fon《低压配电设计规范》(C缸亡了b犷刀“仓nof五氏刀一Voltage Elect价必al Installat~)中国的工业厂房和民用建筑一般场所中，新建和扩建的电气工程，交流、工频500V以下选用的电器、导体、配电布置及各种电气线路的敷设所必须遵循的技术标准。规范的主要作用是使低压配电的设计做到保障人身安全、配电可靠、电能质量合格、节约电能、技术先进、经济合理和安装维护方便。 中国国家计划委员会于1983年n月颁布、1984年6月1日起试行的GBJ54一83《低压配电装工及线路设计规范》，是根据原中国国家基本建设委员会(71)建革函字第150字通知，由原中国一机部第八设计院会同各有关单位，第一次共同编制的。这个规范的主要内容包括:l000V以下电器和导体的选择、配电装里的布置规定和对建筑物的要求、配电线路的保护、绝缘导线布线、裸导线布线、插接式母线安装和电缆敷设等。 1995年中国建设部根据中国国家计划委员会的要求，委托中国机械电子工业部会同有关部门对1983年中国国家计划委员会批准颁发的GBJ54一83《低压配电装置及线路设计规范》进行修订。修订的主要内容是:①在配电线路的保护中，为防止人身间接触电、电气线路损坏和电气火灾，全面采用了国际电工标准;②对配电设备的布置，参照国际电工标准修订了安全措地保护电器的选择根据配电系统的接地型式，移动式、手握式或固定式电气设备的区别及导体截面等因素确定。规范对设备在正常环境下，人体触电安全电压限值(为soV)，在建筑物内采取等电位连接降低人体触电时的接触电压，TN系统、TT系统、IT系统的接地保护，保护电器的装设位里等做了明确规定，采用了国际电工委员会IEC标准。 配电线路的欺设符合场所环境、建筑物和构筑物的特征，便于施工、维护、安全，有防尘、防外力损伤、防强烈日光辐射和外部热源热效应影响的措施。规范对绝缘导线布线、钢索布线、裸导体布线、封闭式母线布线、电缆布线(包括室内敷设、桥架敷设、沟道或隧道敷设、地埋赦设、排管敷设)、竖井布线的适用场所、环境、技术要求(包括布线方式、间距、材料、截面、安全防护等)做了详细规定。施.③在线路敷设中，增订了电缆桥架、电缆竖井的设计规定.④由于电气产品更新、换代等原因，增补修改了有关条文。
