y 1 nfengl-引风机(indueed draft fan，IDF)将锅炉燃烧产物(烟气)从锅炉尾部吸出并经烟囱排入大气的风机，又称吸风机。为减轻烟气中灰粒对风机的磨损，引风机布置在除尘器之后。通常一台锅炉配置两台引风机。 电站锅炉采用的引风机有离心式、轴流式(包括静叶调节和动叶调节)和混流式三种。大型离心风机多采用双吸双支撑结构及双速电动机驱动，以减小叶轮直径、提高抗振动能力和改善调节性能。采用直板叶片和锯齿形中盘结构可减轻磨损和积灰。轴流式风机的转速较高，磨损敏感性大于离心式风机，因此必须控制烟气中的含灰量，对于动叶调节轴流式风机，应不超过150 mg/m“(标)。静叶可调轴流式风机参见彩图插页第21页第41图。动叶片、导叶片应用耐磨损的材料，或采取喷涂耐磨材料等其他防磨损措施。混流式风机具有离心和轴流式风机的特点，其转速比轴流风机低、结构简单、耐磨损性能较好、调节性能优于离心式而低于动叶调节轴流式，其失速区域比动叶调节轴流式风机大。在选用时必须注意留有足够的失速裕量，或者选用带有防失速装置的混流式风机，保证在锅炉各种运行工况下都不致落人失速区运行。此外，空气预热器的漏风对引风机的影响很大，应给予足够的重视.
