腔上囊依赖性(B)淋巴细胞经抗原激活后分化的终末细胞,能产生抗体。一般认为一种浆细胞系能产生一种免疫球蛋白。浆细胞的形态为圆形或卵圆形,大小不等,直径8~20μm,有一圆形核,多偏于胞体一端,胞质含有丰富的核糖核酸及发育良好的高尔基器;胞核染色质颗粒粗大、致密,聚成块状,呈辐射状排列,故常称车轮状核。
