A low Reynolds number K ε turbulence model,which combines effects of buoyancy,crystal rotation and crucible rotation,is used to simulate the convection and oxygen transportation in a 300mm diameter CZ Si crystal growth under the cusp magnetic field,strength ranged from 0 to 0 12T.
