| 鳗鲡 Anguilla japonica；common eel 鳗鲡目鳗鲡科鳗鲡属的一种。又名日本鳗鲡、白鳝、青鳝 、风鳗 。体长最大可达 1.3 米。体鳗形，前部近圆筒状，后部侧扁。吻短钝而平扁。眼位于头前部，中等大小。两颌及犁骨均具细齿。鳞小，埋于皮下，呈席纹状排列。侧线完全。体上多粘液。奇鳍互连；背鳍始点至臀鳍始点间距小于头长。体上部黑绿色，腹部灰白色 。仅分布在中国、日本、朝鲜和越南北部。在中国北起鸭绿江，南至海南省，东起台湾省，西至长江上游，几乎遍布所有江河湖泊。 鳗鲡为降河产卵洄游鱼类，原产于海中，溯河到淡水内长大，后回到海中产卵。推测其产卵场在北纬30度以南和中国台湾的东南附近。 以食小鱼、蟹、虾 、蚯蚓 、水生昆虫和甲壳动物为主，少数个体亦吃少量高等水生植物碎屑。冬季和降河洄游期间不摄食。肉质细嫩，味美，尤含多量脂肪，营养相当丰富。 |
