| 活塞 piston 在往复活塞式内燃机、压缩机和泵等机械的缸体内沿缸体轴线往复运动的机械零件。活塞有圆盘形、圆柱形和圆筒形3种形式。在内燃机中，活塞在高温高压燃气的推动下作功。在压缩机和泵中，活塞在外力作用下对缸体内的流体施加压力，以引起流体流动和提高其压力。在液压缸中，活塞在压力油的推动下作功。活塞的封闭端面承受工作流体的压力，并与缸盖、缸壁构成燃烧室或压缩容积。活塞上装有活塞环或胶质密封圈以防止流体泄漏。活塞可用铸铁、锻钢、铸钢或铝合金等材料制造。在内燃机中，为了减小活塞的质量和惯性力，多采用铝合金制造。 |
