We adopt the advanced technique of chopper stabilizing zero to develop the micro-current amplifier, and gain the digital display of the measured results; we design andselect reasonably the monochrometer and phtomultiplier (PMT),and make the UPS nega-tive high voltage source used for PMT, attaining higher sensitivity,larger dynamic rang.
