A balanced three-layer sample rotation pattern is presented in this paper to solve the problem of rotation for the quarterly surveys with three-stage sampling designs.

Another balanced three-layer sample rotation pattern based on the former one given by the author is presented to solve the problem of rotation for quarterly surveys with three-stage sampling designs;and the new one has the same characteristics of keeping the sample match rates constant when any rotation is conducted as the former one.

In the proposed method,wavelet transform is combined with modal transform,and transient traveling-wave signal is used.

Based on the geometrical optics and vector diffraction theory,mode converter is studied the output mode of which is converted to line polarization Gauss beam of gyrotron and high power microwave device,the radiation characteristic of quasi-optical mode conversion is simulated.

The formulas of mode conversion are given semi-analytically.

On the basis of mode conversion theory, this paper further optimized a better dimension and obtained the regulation about the radius of the circular waveguides, curvature and frequency of bent circular waveguides and the bandwidth.

Then schema comparison, schema transformation, schema unification and confl ict resolution were performed to get a global schema according to which queries c an be submitted.
