Meanwhile,it analyses on the difficulties such as the construction and management of test collection and the research of stochastic test making system and marking system,in addition,it proposes corresponding solutions to the key technologies.

This system extracts questions to set papers randomly and dynamically according to predefined rules, reminds examinee by counting down, submits test papers by force when time is out, saves examinees answers periodically for future recovery from failure,and marks objective questions automatically while leaves subjective ones to handwork.

In this paper,the details of some key technologies which are the dividing of the systematic function module and the formation of the random paper and so on are explained.
