良性无菌性脑膜炎综合征
benign aseptic meningitis syndrome
又称“浆液性脑膜炎”。具有脑膜刺激症状和脑脊液细胞数轻、中度增多。而在脑脊液中找不到细菌的一种临床综合征象。多由柯萨奇、埃可病毒等所致，大多5～9月份发病，可急可缓，有厌食、恶心、呕吐、头痛、腹痛、咽痛和肌痛等症状。中度发热，时呈双相热型，起病1～3天内出现脑膜刺激征。脑脊液中细胞数增加，一般在100～200，初期以中性细胞为多，后期以单核细胞为多，糖与氯化物正常，蛋白质略高。一般病程5～10天，多不发生瘫痪，偶有暂时性肌力减弱，极少数留有后遗症，而以1岁内患者后遗症较多。抗病毒及对症治疗。
