先天性垂耳
congenital lop ear
先天发育畸形之一。多为双侧，但左右不一定对称，常并发有耳郭横突畸形。表现为耳郭上部耳轮和耳舟向前下垂卷曲，致耳郭高度降低，对耳轮和对耳轮脚也较平，或局部耳轮较宽，向前下方呈锐角弯曲，较重者耳轮缘弯向耳甲腔，对耳轮及其后脚发育不良，耳舟及对耳轮形态消失。严重者耳郭弯缩成管状，称为“卷曲耳”、“乌蛤壳状耳”或“舟状耳”。垂耳畸形，由于耳郭周缘的长度不足，发生紧缩所致，故亦称为“环缩耳”。治疗原则是手术增加耳轮和耳舟的长度，使卷曲的耳郭复位。
