Purpose To investigate the clinical character of motor neuron disease and study the value of electromyogram and electro-neurogram of thoracic paraspinal muscle, sternomastoid muscle and appendicular muscles in motor neuron disease’s diagnosis so as to increase the accuracy of the disease in early diagnosis.

Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of motor neuron disease(MNS),to analyze the value of electromyogram and electro-neurogram of thoracic paraspinal muscle,sternomastoid muscle and appendicular muscles in diagnosis of MNS.

Clinical accuracy of fluoroscopic computer-assisted thoracolumbar pedicle screw placement;

Applied anatomy of the nerves around cervicothoracic spine;

Applied anatomy of vessels around cervicothoracic spine;

Applied anatomy of the anterior approach of cervicothoracic spine;

bjective:To study maximum tensile force and maximum displacement of thoracolumbar spine ligaments.

Methods: A total of 7 fresh calf thoracolumbar spines (T11-L3) were performed L1 vertebra excision, anterior decompression and interbody iliac bone graft and internal fixation.

Objectives To explore the indications for anterior operative management in patients of thoracolumbar spine fractures with neurological deficits, timing of surgery.

Objective To compare influence of normal and degenerative intervertibral disc on stress distribution of thoracolumbar vertebrae with destructive load,to explore their biomechanical background and clinical significance and to provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
