In this article, the author analyzes the differences between Japanese and Chinese food cultures from three perspectives: the way to entertain guests, the way to cook dishes and the way to greet each other, and then puts forward some healthy food habits.

Through investigation to 108 simple obesity children or juvenile and 120 contrasted children or juvenile with normal weight, the significant difference in family history, food habits and behavior tendency between the two groups were found.
