Repair of intimal tear in descending aorta with felt patches in patients with acute type A dissection;

Objective:To summarize experience in surgical treatment of DeBakey Ⅲ aortic dissection involving right-sided aortic arch with right-sided descending aorta and aberrant left subclavian artery.

Objective A new type of three branches aortic arch covered stent graft was explored on treatment of DebakeyⅠaortic dissection,and the surgical effects were evaluated.

Methods From March 2005 to October 2008,21 patients with Stanford type B aortic dissection,5 cases of pseudoaneurysm,and 2 patient with intramural hematoma complicated with ulcer of the aortic wall were treated by endovascular stenting under general(2 cases) or local(26 cases) anesthesia in our hospital.
