Group A was treated with cervical traction and tepid low frequency electricity ;Group B was treated with simple cervical traction.
目的—观察探讨综合康复治疗我院退役运动员颈椎病的疗效;方法—将退役运动员中临床确诊的颈椎病患者随机分成两组,治疗组给予颈椎牵引联合温热式低周波疗法,选择适当牵引角度及重量间歇牵引,设定治疗时间疗程,后配以温热式低周波治疗;对照组给与牵引方法疗程同前的单纯颈椎牵引治疗;结果—对治疗组和对照组的颈椎病均有疗效,其中对治疗组有显著疗效,两组疗效差异有统计学意义;结论—颈椎牵引联合温热式低周波的综合康复治疗优于单纯颈椎牵引治疗。

Methods By using comprehensive therapies of cervical traction manipulation, the therapeutic effects of 200 cases of cervical spondylopathy were observed and compared to those of 200 cases receiving simple manual massage and 200 receiving simple cervical traction respectively.
