   在电路中,单位时间内电场驱动电流所做的功。当直流电路两端的电压为U,通过电路的电流强度为I时,电功率PIU是恒定的,其单位是瓦特 ,简称瓦(W)。在交流电路中,电压ut)、电流it)都随时间变化,相应的瞬时功率Pt)=utit)也随时间变化 。瞬时功率在一个周期内的平均值称为平均功率!!!D1141_1!!!D1141_2UIcosj ,其中UI分别是交流电压和电流的有效值,j 是交流电路中电压与电流的相位差,)cosj称为功率因数。在交流电路中,平均功率!!!D1141_3是一个有实际意义的重要物理量。
