platelet counting
计算单位容积血液内血小板数目的方法。有直接法、间接法及仪器测定法。随不同的方法和标本，计数的数值差别很大，此外血小板数每天有6%～8%的生理波动，正常人血液中含有(100～300）×109/L。增多见于血小板增多症、慢性粒细胞性白血病、急性化脓性感染、急性失血、手术后、骨髓增生症、真性红细胞增多症及某些肿瘤等。减少见于原发性及继发性血小板减少性紫癜、脾功能亢进及再生障碍性贫血等。
