游离皮片
free skin graft
切取皮肤部分厚度或全层厚度的皮肤组织片,其与供皮区基底和周围已无任何联系,这种用来移植别处或别人创面的皮肤组织片称为游离皮片。游离皮片有刃厚皮片(厚度0.3mm左右)、中厚皮片(0.3~0.6mm)、全层厚度皮片。中厚皮片又分为薄中厚皮片(占真皮厚度1/3左右)和厚中厚皮片(为真皮层厚度的3/4,又称厚断层皮片)。皮片愈薄愈容易成活,但后期收缩越多。故此刃厚皮片用来覆盖大面积皮肤缺损和肉芽创面或用作修补口腔、鼻腔和眼窝的黏膜缺损。厚的皮片用来修复面部及关节功能部位的皮肤缺损。此外,若按皮片的形状还可以分成点状、邮票状、筛状、网状皮片。按皮片来源分为自体、异体和异种皮片,详见有关条目。
