To explore the effects of a low-frequency modulating magnetic field on the brain wave rhythm, the neurotransmitters in Wistar rat brains were detected and the nerve synapses of the rats were observed through an electronic microscope.

Results Denatured necrosis occurred on the surface of hypothalamic periosteum with no cells and there was a large amount of starchy bodies and hydrops in foci with angiectasis of choroid plexus and necrosis and calcification in tunicaintima of vesicles,and mitochondria in the nerve synapse disappeared and part of anteroposterior membranes .

In order to improve effectively the accuracy rate and reliability of remaining oil distribution forecast in oil field,a new model is proposed,which utilizes the merits of BP neural network combination model and two-level D-S evidence reasoning model and avoids their demerits.
