尿道狭窄
urethral stricture
尿道任何部位发生的内径狭小，影响尿液的排出。其原因可由于先天畸形、外伤、感染或腐蚀药品误入尿道所引起。因外伤所致的尿道狭窄症状出现早，狭窄严重，易出现完全性潴留。由于感染引起者与之相反。尿道狭窄须与尿道结石、异物及肿瘤鉴别，也应与神经障碍引起的膀胱功能改变区分。除尿道外口狭窄外均须行尿道造影检查了解狭窄的部位、长度和程度。根据检查结果决定行尿道扩张、尿道内切开、狭窄部位切除再吻合或成形手术治疗。
