制法:先把腊鸭颈、头用温水洗净,斩小件。白菜干浸开,洗净,切短段。粳米洗净。然后把粳米、菜干和腊鸭颈、头放入开水锅内武火煮沸后,文火煲至粥成,调味即可,食用时加放芫荽、葱花。
功效:滋阴降火。
用法:每日分1--2次食用。
