半椎体畸形
hemirertebra deformity

胚胎期间第6周原椎发育不良所致。半椎体可以累及一个或数个椎体。胸椎的半椎体畸形,由于肋骨源于原椎,故原椎发育不良,常伴有肋骨的发育畸形。临床可有脊柱侧弯。
