GH1835 alloy is an economical austenite oxidation resistant steel which is additional alloying treated with Mn and N,Mn dendrite segregation in this alloy caused process ductility decreased and its anisotropic properties.
GH1835合金是一个用锰和氮补充合金化的经济型奥氏体抗氧化钢,该合金在锻造前必须在1180℃充分均热,因合金中Mn的树枝晶偏析会导致工艺塑性下降,性能产生各向异性,且电渣锭在锻锤上锻造开坯时,第一火次宜于钢锭出炉后待其稍微降温,采取多面受力的小变形方案。
