齿科铸造包埋材料dental easti眼investmentmaterial在进行齿科合金铸造时，用于制作铸模的材料。根据铸造合金的种类及包埋材料的作用，一般分为以下3类。 ①中低熔点合金铸造包埋材料:主要成分为石英、方石英。结合剂为a一半水石膏。故又称石膏类包埋材料。适用于熔点在1000℃以下的合金铸造。 ②高熔点合金铸造包埋材料:包括磷酸盐包埋材料和硅胶包埋材料。磷酸盐包埋材料的主要成分为石英及方石英(占80一90%)，结合剂为磷酸盐和氧化镁的混合物。硅胶包埋材料又分为正硅酸乙酷包埋材料和硅溶胶包埋材料。前者主要成分为石英、方石英，结合剂采用正硅酸乙醋;后者常以硅溶胶悬浊液(一般含有20一30%的5102)的形式与磷酸盐包埋材料合用。此类包埋材料适用于铸造熔点为1000℃以上的合金。 ③模型包埋材料:用于制作铸造模型的包埋材料。主要成分为石英及方石英，结合剂采用硬质石膏、超硬质石膏及磷酸盐。要求兼备模型材料和包埋材料的性质。 齿科铸造包埋材料可调和成均匀的糊状，具有适宜的固化时间，可使铸件表面具有一定的光洁度，具有适宜的膨胀系数，可补偿铸造合金的收缩，耐高温，有一定的强度，不与液态合金发生反应，有良好的透气性，铸造完成后不与合金粘附，易于清理，易于保存等。
