Element Mo, Cu were added into grey iron liquid, the type and content of inoculants, pouring time, cooling time, shake out time were adjusted to get acicular structure.
通过向灰铸铁中加入一定量的Mo、Cu等合金元素,并调整孕育剂的类型及其在铁液中的含量,同时调整浇注温度、冷却时间、落砂时间等工艺措施来控制针状组织铸铁的生成。
