1、遵守铸造设备通用操作规程
2、检查三角皮带的松紧度就磨损情况，如过紧过松或磨损严重，应予调整或更换皮带。
3、检查筛板是否松脱，筛箱是否振裂，如有松脱或振裂的情况，应通知维修人员修理。
4、检查吊杆是否完好，筛箱是否平正，如有不完好或不平正情况，应通知维修人员调整。
5、先点动试车，然后空转2-3分钟，确认一切正常后，方可进行生产。
6、工作时，不要加过量的焦炭，否则影响选筛焦炭的质量。
7、工作后，筛箱不许停有焦炭，并清除被堵塞的筛孔。
