上气 上气 ①生理学名词，指心、肺之气。《灵枢·大惑论》：“上气不足，下气有余，肠胃实而心肺虚。” ②病证名，即肺气上逆。《灵枢·本脏》：“肺高，则上气，肩息咳。”《素问·调经论》：“气有余则喘咳上气。”多由外感六淫，痰气凝结，肺道壅塞所致。《诸病源候论·咳嗽上气候》：“此为邪搏于气，气壅不得宣发，是为有余，故咳嗽而上气也。其状喘咳上气，多涕唾而面目胕肿，气逆也。”《济生方·喘》谓痰停胃脘，痰与气搏，肺道壅塞，亦令人上气。《证治准绳·杂病》：“上气者，盖气上而不下，升而不降，痞满膈中，气道奔迫，喘息有音音是也。”治以宣肺祛邪，降气化痰为主。又指人体上部之气。见《灵枢·口问》：“上气不足，脑为之不满，耳为之苦鸣，头为之苦倾，目为之眩。”
