The remote testing of the Shaft-Rate Electric Field of the Ship in the real ocean is a difficult task,this paper put forward a weak signal processing method based on the diagonal slice of FS polyspectra,and by using this method the characteristic signal can be extracted effectively from the experiment data of low SNR.

On account of moire interfere technology, moire stripe produced by doublegrating has been analyzed by use of the Fourier frequency analysis method.

The author of this paper, based on moire interfere technology and by using Fourier frequency analysis method, designed phase object measurement system, successfully derived Moire stripe equation corresponding different distribution of light strength of the light and also obtanied optimum distance between two-gratings of phase object measurement system.
