The paper analyzes the characteristics of the experiment well and the special con- nection form of the FRP wound! well pipes,and it is a new idea that the taper trapezium threads are used as the connection,the paper also describes in detail the design of FRP wound well pipe itself and the taper trapezium threads that can bear 2～8×10~4N function force from the axial di- rection.
本文通过对试验井的特点及其对玻璃钢管道的特殊要求进行分析,提出了利用与玻璃钢管道一体的圆锥梯形螺纹,作为解决管道之间连接方式的新思路；对能承受20～80KN 轴向作用力的玻璃钢本体与圆锥梯形螺纹的设计,做了详细阐述；最后推导出管道本体和受力连接螺纹强度设计、螺纹螺旋线总长等通用计算公式。
