【原料】

水发海参250克,蘑菇150克,罐头竹笋50克,青豆25克,花生油50克,料酒20克,精盐5克,酱油25克,大葱15克,酱油25克,芝麻油10克,味精2克,淀粉10克,芝麻10克(焙好)

【制作过程】

1、水发海参去内脏,洗净,切成5毫米宽的长斜条;罐头竹笋切丝;蘑菇洗净,去蒂根,一切两半;大葱去外皮,洗净,切成2厘米长的段;姜剁碎末;青豆洗净,待用 2、将海参放入开水锅,换水焯三次,去掉腥味;竹笋、蘑菇和青豆分别用开水焯一次 3、炒锅烧热,放入50克花生油,烧至五成热时,下入大葱段、生姜末煸炒出香味,烹入料酒、酱油和少许清水。待汤烧开后,撇去浮沫,加海参、青豆、蘑菇、竹笋、盐和味精,烧开后,用淀粉勾芡,淋上芝麻油,入盘,撒上芝麻,即可
