≮美食原料≯
新鲜整粒甜玉米（罐头装也很好，最好不要用速冻的）150克，新鲜甜豌豆（可以用速冻的，但是最好不要用罐头装的）100克，土豆150克，火腿100克，生菜100克，红甜椒100克千岛色拉酱50克，盐30克、鸡粉、胡椒粉、花椒油少许。
≮美食做法≯
1、土豆蒸熟去皮，与火腿、红甜椒分别切成豌豆大小的丁，生菜掰成1厘米大小的片。
2、煮锅加水1000克加盐30克烧开，加入玉米、豌豆、红甜椒以及火腿，水再次烧开后再煮30秒，捞出过凉水充分冷却，用洁净白毛巾充分吸去表面水分。
3、所有主料倒入盆中，加鸡粉、胡椒粉、花椒油拌匀略腌5分钟，加色拉酱拌匀即可。
