原料:

嫩鸡脯150克,鸡蛋一只,干淀粉6克,葱段、辣油、白糖、酱油、湿淀粉、味精、精盐、黄酒、干辣椒、豆豉、香醋适量。

做法:

1、鸡脯肉开花刀,切成块形小丁,加鸡蛋白、干淀粉、精盐调拌均匀,放入旺猪油锅稍煎一下,将油沥干;

2、将干椒切成小丁形和豆豉放入旺油锅煎,煎至呈金黄色,将鸡丁放入一起炒10分钟;

3、将葱段、黄酒、酱油、糖、醋、湿淀粉调和,倒入锅内炒拌,最后加些辣椒油起锅即可。
