原料：
整个的木瓜、火龙果、草莓、西瓜、菠萝、猕猴桃
制作：
a.将整个的木瓜在三分之一处切开，切成船的形状，把瓜子掏空，放在6摄氏度左右的冰箱里8分钟左右，直到其温度降低到4摄氏度左右。
b.将火龙果、草莓、西瓜、菠萝、猕猴桃都切成丁。放到一个碗里，然后放进6摄氏度的冰箱降温8分钟左右。
c.就是把第二步冰好的水果放到第一步冰好的木瓜里，装盘即可。
吃法：与家人共享。
口味：这道菜五颜六色，非常诱人食欲。
窍门：
1.4℃到6℃是人肠胃在夏日能感受到的比较舒适的食物温度，所以在冰冻的时候最好能让食物保持在这个温度。
2.从冰箱取出来之后，最好10分钟以内端上桌开始食用，这时的食物口感会最好。
3.用来装水果的木瓜最好不要和其他的水果丁同时放到冰箱里冰，以防有水渗出，影响美观。
