性质:当光照射半导体电极时,电子-空穴对的分离产生了一个与原来空间电荷层电势相反的电压,减弱了原来的电场,即光照下半导体的能带弯曲较之暗态为小,结果半导体中的电势更接近于平带电势。此光照态和暗态半导体电极的平衡电势的差值称之为光电压或光电势。
