The toxicity of glutamate, NMDA and kainic acid(KA) on cultured ventral midbrain neurons of postnatal rats was investigated in vitro using the method of double fluorescence labeling with anti-TH and anti-GABA antibodies.

Objective: To assess the effect of Barre(1) test on the myodynamia of wounded the lower limb of PLID, Methods: 69 cases of PLIDs with unilateral nerve root injury were observed and studied, including dorsal extension of the great toe, planter flexion of the result of Barre(1) test of the lower limb, and made a statistical disposal.
方法 :观察 6 9例单侧神经根损害的PL ID患者的背伸、拇跖屈、足背伸、屈膝及下肢 Barre(1)试验的试验结果 ,并做统计学处理。

发自脊髓经椎间孔外出的31对神经。其中颈神经8对，胸神经12对，腰神经5对，骶神经5对，尾神经1对。出椎间孔后分为前、后2支。后者较细，分布于颈、背、腰、骶部皮肢和深部固有肌。前支除第2～11对胸神经外，其余各支分别组成脊神经丛，支配颈、胸、腹及四肢的肌肉和皮肤。脊神经都是混合性的，感觉纤维传导来自躯体和内脏的感觉冲动。运动纤维则支配骨骼肌、平滑肌和心肌。
