渗透脆性试验
测定红细胞在不同浓度的低渗盐水中破裂的试验。与红细胞表面面积与胞浆容量的比例有关。正常红细胞在0.42%～0.46%氯化钠中开始有少数发生破裂溶血，0.28%～0.32%时全部破裂。脆性增加见于先天性球形细胞溶血性贫血、自身免疫性溶血性贫血；脆性降低见于缺铁性贫血、海洋贫血及某些肝病时的贫血。
