痣性黄色内皮瘤
又称"幼芽性黄色肉芽肿"。是一种脂质代谢障碍性疾病。婴儿发病，好发于面、头皮、躯干和四肢，分布广泛，约1～20mm直径，呈成群的黄色、黄红色或棕色的丘疹或结节。有时可累及脑膜、睾丸、肝脾和眼部的虹膜、睫状体、结膜。本病发展过程良好，皮肤的病损一般在l～4年内可消退，留有色素和轻度萎缩或不留痕迹。血浆脂质正常。
