hereditary stomatocytosis
一种很少见的常染色体显性遗传性溶血。临床症状相差悬殊，贫血程度在不同家族中相差很大，即使同一家族中的病人，贫血程度亦可不同。周围血象中口形细胞超过10%即有诊断意义。尚无特殊治疗，有些病人切脾后溶血减轻，贫血得到纠正。
