丝虫的幼虫。系虫卵在雌虫子宫中发育而成。为无色透明丝状物,外被有鞘膜。斑氏微丝蚴较大,长224~296μm,宽约5.3μm;马来微丝蚴长177~230μm,宽约4.8μm,在染色标本上可见班氏微丝蚴体核排列整齐,相互分离,尾部有一段空隙,不含尾核;马来微丝蚴体核大小不等,排列不齐,聚集在一起,尾部有2~3个尾核。
