补充资料：恶性黑素瘤
| 恶性黑素瘤 malignant melanoma 由皮肤和其他器官黑素细胞产生的肿瘤。原发性黑素瘤均由表皮内的黑素细胞增生所致，其表现为色素浓重的逐渐增大的结节，周围可绕以红晕。其发病率虽较基底细胞癌、鳞状细胞癌低，但恶性度大，转移发生早，死亡率高，因此早期诊断、早期治疗很重要。除了由巨大性先天性色痣续发癌变的病例多见于儿童外，恶性黑素瘤大多发生在成年后。 初起为一色素斑，棕色至黑色不等，且色泽常不均匀，深浅不一，边缘不甚规则，以后可逐渐扩大，隆起成斑块、结节或肿块，甚至溃破、出血，最后发生转移。根据临床表现，恶性黑素瘤可分为以下4型：原位黑素瘤、浅表散播性黑素瘤、结节性黑素瘤、恶性雀斑样痣黑素瘤。 一旦确诊，应及时作手术切除。对怀疑有转移的病例，术后还应配合化疗。非特异性及特异性免疫疗法也在研究中，其中对卡介苗治疗研究最多。 |
