A 871bp fragment of β-tubulin gene from Fusarium moniliforme was amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) using consensus oligo nucleotide pnmers B1 and B3, cloned and sequenced.

由细菌菌体制成。分死菌苗和减毒活菌苗两种。①死菌苗:一般选用免疫性好的菌种,在适当培养基上生长、繁殖后,将细菌处理杀死稀释至一定浓度而成,如百日咳、伤寒、霍乱菌苗等;②减毒活菌苗:一般选用无毒或毒性很低,但免疫性较高的菌种培养繁殖后,用活菌体制成,如卡介苗、布鲁菌苗等。二者菌苗均可用于预防接种,从而预防相应的传染病。
